Widepoint Completes Acquisition of Protexx to Deliver Identity Access Management and Multi Factor Authentication Solutions

WidePoint (AMEX:WYY) our parent company has historically provided a series of "Engineering and Consulting" activities to Federal and State governments. Most recently, our parent company has acquired ISYS and us, two Companies that provide competitive advantage products and full service solutions to meet the precise needs of their respective user communities. While Widepoint is focused on, and succeeding in, their efforts to maximize these offerings to the Government sector, we also believe that these offerings can be a compelling offering to the commercial market as well.

Protexx Receives MotoMesh™ Ready Validation June 26, 2008

This insures that data moving through the entire MotoMesh™ product line can be secured from intrusion at any level.
